இந்தியாவின் புலிகளாக நக்சலைட் தீவிரவாதிகள் உள்ளனர் என்று தெரிவித்து ஆசிரிய தலையங்கம் ஒன்றை தீட்டி உள்ளது அந்நாட்டின் மத்திய பிரதேஷ் மாநிலத்தில் இருந்து வெளியாகும் centralchronicle என்கிற ஆங்கில பத்திரிகை.Naxals LTTE of India என்கிற தலைப்பில் இவ்வாசிரியர் தலையங்கம் பிரசுரம் ஆனது.
அதில் முக்கியமாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டிருப்பவை வருமாறு:-
கடந்த 25 ஆண்டு காலப் பகுதியில் புலிகள் மிகவும் ஸ்திரமான நிலையில் சொந்தமாக அரசு ஒன்றை வடக்கு, கிழக்கு மாகாணங்களில் ஸ்தாபித்து ஆட்சி நடத்தி இருக்கின்றனர். தரைப்படை, கடல் படை, வான் படை ஆகியவற்றையும் வைத்திருந்தனர். அரசு மீது தொடர்ச்சியாக தாக்குதல் நடத்துவதும் , அரசுடன் சமாதான பேச்சில் பேசுவதும் அவர்களின் சந்தர்ப்பவாத உபாயமாக இருந்து வந்துள்ளது.
நக்சலைட் தீவிரவாதம் நக்சல்வாடி பிரதேசத்தில் 1967 ஆம் ஆண்டு தோன்றியது. கடந்த 42 வருடங்களில் இந்தியாவின் 16 மாநிலங்களில் இவ்வியக்கம் விஸ்தரித்துள்ளது.முன்பு கட்டுப்பாட்டில் இருந்திராத புதிய இடங்களில்கூட ஸ்திரமாக கால் ஊன்றி நிற்கின்றார்கள். அதில் ஒன்றுதான் Bhopal நகரம்.
அங்கு ஒரு தொழில்சாலையை அமைத்து இருந்தனர். 16 மாநிலங்களில் இருந்தும் மொத்தமாக 40000 சதுர கிலோ மீற்றர் பரப்பு உடைய நிலம் இவர்களின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் உள்ளது. 'Red Corridor' என்று இது அழைக்கப்படுகின்றது. 16 மாநிலங்களில் உள்ள 194 மாவட்டங்களில் இவர்களின் பிரசன்னம் உண்டு.
அவற்றில் 58 மாவட்டங்களில் சொந்தமாக அரசு ஒன்றை ஸ்தாபித்து ஆட்சி நடத்துகின்றனர். இங்கு சொந்தமாக நீதிமன்றங்கள் வைத்திருக்கின்றார்கள். இங்கு இவர்களின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் உள்ள மக்கள் இவர்களுக்கு வரி செலுத்துகின்றனர். வருடாந்த இந்திய ரூபாயில் 200 கோடி வரி இவர்களுக்கு கிடைக்கப் பெறுகின்றது. இவர்கள் இந்தியாவின் புலிகளாக உள்ளனர்.
Naxals LTTE of India
The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) during the last 25 years had established its stronghold in Sri Lanka and formed a parallel government in the North and Eastern parts and later had also formed its Army, Navy and Air Force there. Continuous attacks and talks with the Government were part of its strategy.
Once India had also found itself entangled into its conspiracy and the Govt had sent its Peace Keeping Force. In retaliation, Indian PM Rajiv Gandhi was assassinated in Tamil Nadu. At last the Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapakse took a strong stand and saw the elimination of the terrorist outfit from its soil. Naxalism in India was provoked first in Naxalbadi area in the year 1967 in the form of extreme farmers' protest, the rebel Communist Party leader Charu Majumdar had established it as an organised terrorist Andolan.
Now, it has spread to 16 states during the last 42 years and its activities have spread to those new areas where its presence was nil. One of these places is Bhopal where they had established a factory which was traced by the police.
Their terrorist activities have spread into 16 states covering an area of 40,000 sq kms which is also called the 'Red Corridor'. The area where they have good hold is one-third part of total land of the country. 194 districts of these states have come under naxal infested area and these naxals have formed government in 58 districts. They have their own courts.
The people in their area pay tax to them. According to an estimate, they earn Rs 200 crore annually. Smuggling of drugs is basic source of their income. Terrorists of entire world in guise of politics, revolution and revolt are busy in smuggling of drugs and this is their main target. They offer much money to the poor and illiterate villagers and make them terrorists after 'brainwashing' and they run their business of drugs and smuggling at international level.
These days statewide bandh is being observed in 6 states-Jharkhand, Bihar, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, Chhatisgarh and West Bengal on the call of these naxals. Railway tracks, stations, trucks, government offices are being set ablaze and blown-up by bombs.
